Office Manager – Xenia Interiors – London

Xenia Interiors is a creative Knightsbridge practice working in the high-end residential sector of central London.

As a dependable and pro-active office manager you will be working directly with the creative director and overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects – large and small – of the office.

From troubleshooting IT and managing facilities, sourcing and labelling samples, minuting internal meetings, liaising and communicating with external vendors, opening trade accounts, maintaining office records, your excellent organisational skills, professional flexible approach and unflappable attitude will be pivotal to the position. This position will have elements of HR, including maintaining staff records and will be the first point of contact for general queries.

You should have a design background and be experienced in the following FF&E elements – upholstery, furniture hardware and material finishes.

You should also have experience in working to a budget and a good understanding and knowledge of costing, ability to multi-task whilst working on several high-end projects around the world, with different suppliers dealing in currencies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be proficient in both PC and Mac systems. Experience of working with CAD would be a distinct advantage. All the usual office software packages apply such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Candidates will be confident and professional, self-motivated, determined and have a keen attention to detail and adaptable.
