Job Description
WHY THIS ROLE?
We’re introducing this exciting role to work across the England Women’s programme and England Women’s Cricket Pathway programmes to ensure the development of current and future international cricketers.
The post holder will have demonstrable expertise in the technical and tactical elements of batting and fielding to drive individual player development across the England Women’s Cricket Pathway.

YOU’LL BE DOING
Working across the England Women’s programme and England Women’s Cricket Pathway programmes to ensure the development of current and future international cricketers.
Coaching across all the cricket disciplines, operating in a one to one, small group or team environment.
The coaching lead on batting and fielding and will design and deliver a framework for the development of batters/fielders across the England Women’s Cricket Pathway.
Working with and influencing a network of coaches operating within the new elite women’s domestic structure, with a focus on developing fast bowlers for the England Women’s Cricket Pathway.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary support team to deliver player development programmes across the England Women’s programme and England Women’s Cricket Pathway programmes.

YOU’LL HAVE
Experience of developing players to be successful in a range of conditions at home and overseas.
A clearly demonstrated specialism in the development of batting and fielding with the drive to assist in the development of other skill areas.
Extensive experience of working with high potential cricketers.
A clear understanding of the requirements of international women’s cricket.
Experience of working within multidisciplinary support teams to enhance player development and performance.
