Job Description
The British Paralympic Association is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the organisation as we approach the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games. The role forms part of the Finance and Corporate Services team and reports directly to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services.
The role will;
• Ensure the finance team plays a strong supporting role in helping the BPA deliver its strategic objectives.
• Manage the Finance function of the British Paralympic Association (BPA) and its subsidiaries.
• Support the Director of Finance and Corporate Services in the provision of accurate and timely financial reports and information to enable effective decision making.
The BPA is the lead organisation responsible for the Paralympic movement in the UK. We focus on creating the best environment for our athletes as part of ParalympicsGB to perform at summer and winter Paralympic Games. With Paralympic sport in the spotlight like never before, we believe we can build on that to deliver our vision ‘Through sport inspire a better world for disabled people’.
