Access Sport is looking for a Volunteer Inclusion Manager to deliver the Team100 volunteering project. The Volunteering Inclusion Manager will work collaboratively with staff on Access Sport’s other core programmes: cycling inclusion, disability inclusion and multi-sport inclusion.

The objectives of the project are to:
• Develop three hyper-local level Team100’s across disadvantaged areas of London and Bristol.
• Work with trusted local and strategic partners to focus on engaging more 1) disabled people, their families and carers, 2) women, especially mothers and those from low socio-economic groups through schools, and 3) BAME groups from deprived estates, through working with local regeneration groups and housing partners.
• Empower local people to volunteer in their community to get more people active through existing local community clubs and organisations.
• Establish three local leadership groups to ensure each Team100 is locally owned, sustainable and makes a visible difference – our aim is to leave behind a self-sustaining and self-renewing framework.
• Work with our Digital, Campaigning and Communications Taskforce at Teneo (Sir Craig Oliver, Ben Lewis, Fraser Hardie) who are supporting the development of hyper-local campaigns and toolkits to assist with the recruitment, retention and development of volunteers.
