We are looking to recruit a Training Centre Manager to manage Construction in the Training Centre within the School of Engineering and Construction at our Wandsworth Campus. The successful candidate will bring leadership, management and business development in order to ensure that the provision and services it provides are of the highest quality. The centre delivers a mix of mainstream funded programmes for both adult and 16-18 students, along with shorter responsive courses feeding major London developments such as the Nine Elms redevelopment. One of the key aspects of the role will be to grow the short course provision working in partnership with our Business Centre.

You will need to have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a construction discipline or equivalent. You will need to be self motivated and passionate about training and teaching and have good communication skills both written and oral. You must also have knowledge of IT systems such as MS Word and Excel and other software programs used in the industry.

You will be in possession of a relevant professional teaching / training qualification or will be willing to undertake one, which will be funded by the College.
