Analysis and Development Team Leader – University College London

The post will primarily be working with project managers and developers at UCL to ensure business critical application components are delivered on time. This covers team leadership across the full software development lifecycle from requirements clarification to transition to the technical operations team. Initial projects will develop UCL¡¦s student system which is based on the SITS/eVision solution.

This post is a long-term opportunity with a finite funded contract. The post relies on continued availability of project funding which is confirmed on an annual basis. It is expected that the funding for this post will continue for a significant period of time. In the event that capital funding for this post ceases then at least 3 months¡¦ notice will be given.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in leading software development in a complex environment. Essential requirements include team leadership skills, best practice software development and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the organisation. Experience of the SITS/eVision solution is desirable.
