Customer Service Advisor

Hours: 35 Hours per week. Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Location: SportPark, Loughborough, LE11 3QF
12 month fixed term contract

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.
We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service ensuring accurate and timely information and support to learners and tutors, ensuring that their customer experience meets the IoS standards.

Reporting to the Customer Service and Administration Leader, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely, courteous and accurate manner that exceeds their expectations whilst also ensuring that the IoS online booking system is up to date and accurate at all times.

The successful candidate must have:
• Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal and external customers in person, by phone and by email
• Extensive keyboard skills including using Excel and Outlook
• The ability to manage a varied administrative work program and meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience in administration
