This is an exciting time to join our Education Team! RNIB Three Spires Academy converted in September 2013 and is sponsored by RNIB Specialist Learning Trust. It continues to make significant progress and build on its strengths as it enters into the next exciting stage of the school’s development.

RNIB Three Spires Academy is a special educational needs (SEN) school in Coventry for children aged 3-11 with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) or severe learning difficulties (SLD). Over half of our pupils have autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and others have communication difficulties, physical disabilities or sensory impairment.

As a result of our growth, we require a Class Teacher based at our Early Years Class at RNIB Pears Specialist Learning Centre. Previous SEN experience is desirable but experience of working with pupils in the early years setting will be very helpful.

You will need to be enthusiastic, organised, hardworking, and have the ability to deliver a creative, highly-differentiated curriculum. You will also be required to be a positive team player able to use his/her initiative.
