Forward Worldwide is looking for a brilliant digital content manager to work on a busy retail account, assisting the Head of Content in the evolution and development of the site, creating and sharing engaging and effective content across multiple platforms and social channels, and developing and maintaining an effective and measurable eCRM programme. Experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment is desirable. This is the senior role within a four-strong content team and is on a temp-to-permanent basis. Salary circa £40k DOE.

Key responsibilities

Creating and delivering market-leading, innovative eCRM including email, promotions, online and social campaigns
Creating and/or commissioning engaging and inspiring content across multiple channels
Creating and sharing content for social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
Developing and growing the on- and offline presence of the brand via industry groups, bloggers, etc
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Managing the content and community teams

Essential skills and experience

3-5 years’ experience in a content or marketing environment
Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills
Proven creative skills in an eCRM environment
Proven knowledge of effective use of social media
Understanding of web analytics
Client-facing skills
Good team-working and management skills

Desirable skills and experience

Photoshop and HTML knowledge
Knowledge of content management systems
Presentation skills
