A housing development company AA Homes and Housing is based in central Croydon and is looking for a creative design architect for it’s in house team of architects, engineers, designers and planners.

The company has a large number of UK sites on which it wishes to progress development opportunities and seeks a creative and experienced senior design architect to lead the design function. You would be responsible for a wide variety of projects including new-build and conversions, mainly but not exclusively, residential.

To be considered you will need to have had management or supervisory responsibilities, familiarity with the UK planning system and a minimum of ten years working within it as well as demonstrable design flair. Your experience should include working on a variety of residential types.

The successful applicant will be given the latitude to seek innovative design solutions on a wide variety of projects and to support the team in following these through to fruition.
