Quality Support Manager – Essential Sports Training – Sussex / Surrey

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and committed Quality Support Manager. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who can lead and support the Education team in continuing to deliver best practice, exceed targets and quality improvement.

The role of the Quality Support Manager is extensive and varied and requires a driven, motivated and committed individual to support the growth of the company.

    The successful candidate will have:
Degree qualified (BSc, BEng, MA, PHd. etc….
Teacher Qualified (PGCE, DTTLS, QTS, CertED)
Working with government funded contracts – specifically in the areas of skills and learning
Education Management experience
Excellent experience of managing people.
Evidence of providing high quality effective learning experiences.
Internal Audit experience
Ofsted inspection experience
Leading curriculum innovation and development
Assessor / Verifier award (A1 or V1) – this is desirable
Prepared to travel across the Education sites on a weekly basis
