Due to the retirement of our outstanding Headteacher the Governors of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to the post of Headteacher.
The successful applicant must have the vision, energy and drive to lead our school to sustain outstanding status.
The successful candidate will:
Be a practising Catholic with a clear understanding of Catholic Education
Have a proven and demonstrable track record of driving and sustaining school improvement
Be a passionate, strategic and collaborative leader, leading by excellent example
Lead, inspire and empower our Senior Management Team
Be an effective communicator, able to build on our well-developed community links with our Parish, feeder Infant School and local High Schools
Ensure a safe, nurturing and rich environment, promoting successful teaching, learning and high standards of individual achievement.
