The role
As the Gymnastics Coach you will be responsible for the management and delivery of educational services and programs with existing schools and focusing on developing relations and customer retention.
Working under the Head of Gymnastics in a rapidly growing and dynamic department- You will benefit from genuine career progression with this well-established company’s structures; enjoying growing areas of responsibilities and training.
Our client distinguish themselves in the high quality service that they deliver to the schools and the children and would expect this to be continued with all of their staff.
The key responsibilities of the role is to coach primary aged students who have a range of abilities in small and larger groups a variety of sports. Your sessions need to be fun and motivational for all of the learners, providing a safe and stimulating environment for them to learn in.
Requirements
Level 2 qualified in Gymnastics or has a mixture of Level 1 Gymnastics badges
Sport related Degree desirable.
Qualifications in Dance would be a distinct advantage.
Wider Sports Coaching experience also desirable.
Passion, good communication and organisational skills.
An enhanced CRB/DBS check. Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.
First Aid qualified.
Full Driving Licence.
Work Experience
Experienced in the education sector.
The ability to deliver high quality physical education lessons.
Experience working with primary school children
