Award winning Brighton-based practice DesignLSM are looking for a senior interior designer to develop interior design projects from concept through to implementation.
The position is for a qualified, experienced and creative designer with a proven track record of delivering high end hospitality and retail projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent job running capabilities and demonstrate a true understanding of all stages of the design process.
Responsibilities:
developing, leading and managing projects from conception to completion
generating ideas and concept development
detailing interior layouts
producing technical drawings and tender packages
Requirements:
a minimum of five years professional experience in hospitality design
BA (Hons) or MA interior architecture qualification (or equivalent)
excellent presentation, conceptual and visualising skills
proficient in AutoCAD, Creative Suite and SketchUp
on site experience
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
fluent in written and spoken English
strong and confident client communication skills
Salary on application and dependent on experience.
