We are proud of our Maths and Science Teams at Lilian Baylis Technology School. Results are improving year on year and new and innovative ideas are being implemented. In Maths we teach GCSE Maths, FSMQ and AS and A level Maths and Further Maths. In Science we teach GCSE Double and Triple Science and AS and A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics. We have excellent relationships with local universities and a number of Maths and Science Ambassadors support the school. Students are taught in classes of 20.

You will be an outstanding classroom teacher and either a Head of Department or Assistant Head who is able to lead the Maths and Science teams and a number of whole school initiatives. You will be a remarkable teacher and leader who will be joining a remarkable school.

In February 2013 OfSTED stated we were ‘outstanding in all aspects’. In addition our KS2-4 Value Added has been in the top 20% for the last 10 years and our KS4-5 Value Added was in the top 10% last year for academic and applied courses.
