What it’s about:

We are looking for an organised and creative design coordinator with excellent communication skills to join the brand team in the business and marketing department. Working closely with the other design brand/coordinator in this small, in house brand team, this role will focus on providing design solutions for our network of regional offices across the world, enabling our overseas marketing staff to keep on brand whilst localising collateral for their markets. This is a role with a great scope for development, where the post holder will liaise with staff across the organisation.

The post is part of a very busy team and excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills are essential. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial as is the drive to see projects through to completion. You will be happy working both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:

you will be responsible for managing a part time designer and a part time artworker
coordinating the creative work of a team of designers as well as handling your own portfolio of projects
a major part of this role involves developing our strategy for providing a software solution for communicating and sharing our brand
the post holder will provide highly economical branding and marketing solutions to meet the organisation’s marketing needs

What we’re looking for:

you will be educated to degree/HND level in graphic design or equivalent
you will have experience of managing creatives, preferably gained in a marketing/creative agency environment
strong design and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
practical experience of, or training in, user experience design or interactive design would be desirable
