Help Desk System Support and Training Roles (Two) – England Golf

Job Description
DotGolf International is an independent software solution provider for the golf industry. We specialise in producing leading edge software solutions for various golf club industries and golfers.
We now seek two front-line customer service representatives with excellent computer and communication skills and a personality that relates well with people. Fluent spoken and written English is essential. We are looking for self-starters who are able to problem solve, multi-task and work independently, but who at the same time are team players. Some understanding of golf would be advantageous but is not essential.
You should have at least 1-2 years’ Service Desk experience and a commercial, customer-focused, technical support background. Experience in training users on software systems, running webinars, and documenting system manuals, would be advantageous.

The working hours for this position are 8:30am-5:00pm 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

Salary range is c.£20k depending on skill, experience and qualifications.
