Job Description
A new, exciting and unique opportunity has developed to play a crucial role in analysing current sports talent development activity in the United Kingdom. The role will involve working closing with both applied and research colleagues across Loughborough University and Sport England.

The primary activity of the role be:
– To identify initiatives and programmes that aim to enhance talent level sporting individuals from a holistic prospective.
– To create a literature review of the area
– To play a vital role in the investigative interview process with stakeholders working in the sector; namely across National Governing Bodies, Universities, Colleges and Schools.

There is a desire for the successful candidate to be available to start in post on 1st May 2016, however this may be negotiable.

If the role is successful and future funding permitting further opportunities may develop after the 6 month project is completed.
