MEMBERSHIP SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Salary £13,760 – £20,460 per annum

England Athletics delivers services, support and funding within the sport. Our role includes working with affiliated clubs, officials, schools, and coaches. We also provide national level competition and work on athlete development beneath world class performance level.
A vacancy has arisen for a Membership Services Administrator at its Head Office in Birmingham. This position is offered on a fixed term basis.

This role involves working as part of a team to provide high quality support to athletics clubs and coaches in their local area. Your role will be to provide a comprehensive and first class customer service that our members can turn to for any enquiry regarding a service provision offered within athletics.

The department has a primary purpose of being a ‘one stop shop’ for everything athletics and our members’ needs will be addressed within the team. Enquiries are likely to encompass the following areas of work:
• Affiliation
• Coach and Official Education and Licensing
• General Member Enquiries

The overall aim of the department is to ensure that communication to the sport, our membership base and staff is cohesive. To provide complete administrative support to the team which will involve the maintenance of all paper and electronic filing systems and general office administration duties to include filling, scanning, photocopying, handling internal and external post.

The successful candidate will have good GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English and an NVQ qualification in Administration/Customer Service or equivalent. An understanding of performance sport is desirable, although not essential.
