We are looking for someone who has keen interest in the West Ham United brand, who is hardworking; extremely organised with excellent Microsoft Office skills and has a creative character and be able to work anti-social hours to include weekends and evening as requested

Main Responsibilities
• To support the marketing team with the required needs of the West Ham United brand day to day marketing; helping to deliver on marketing campaigns as part of the team or working on individual projects supervised by the team members
• Assist with copy writing, development and production of campaigns such as posters, leaflets, direct mail, email, and programme articles.
• Use the CRM system to segment our database and creating marketing distribution lists
• Manage the design briefs
• Liaise with designers and agencies
• Responsible for the organisation, storage and audit of our campaigns (online and offline)
• To help ensure marketing information is up to date and correct
• Assist the marketing team with campaign reporting and evaluation including Return on Investment (ROI), email effectiveness and web analytics.

Education/Qualifications/Experience:
• Marketing qualification, or equivalent experience, with an understanding of how a marketing department functions (E)

• Excellent writing and communication skills with good attention to detail. (E)
• Creative, with the ability to analyse and problem solve. (E)
• Practical IT skills, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).(E)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (E).
• Good organisation and administrative skills (E).
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as on lone supervised projects. (E)
• Ability to work under pressure with the ability to multi-task between projects. (E)
