Job Description
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced International Coaches within Wales and Great Britain, and network with similar roles across sports in Wales
They will be required to contribute to S&C work throughout all International programmes, lead on squad coaching sessions under the guidance of S&C Lead and provide support and assistance to the coaching workforce

Main duties:
• Lead on the delivery and supervision of S&C training sessions with the Senior Men’s squad
• Assist the S&C Lead in programming and planning of all sessions
• Provide assistance in the assessment of performance squads and interpretation of data
• Assist in the rehabilitation of players at all camps
• Provide assistance in player recovery and readiness to train
• Develop coaching resources to assist in player development whilst away from camp
