Overview
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic tennis coach, who is professional, hardworking, positive attitude, excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
The ideal candidate must have a desire to improve other skills as we would put them through the leadership programme: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

The Coaching Role
• Starting off with 14 hours of group tennis coaching.
• Private one to one lessons.
• Coaching all levels of players from beginner juniors and adults to performance players.
• Working with the team to build and develop the junior and adult tennis programs at the club and schools.
• Being proactive to get children playing more tennis, but getting children from school classes back to the tennis club for a 2nd class.
• Working with assistant coaches in classes to help them progress as coaches and continue to build the strong team ethic.
• Being a senior coach at our holiday tennis camps, which run during all school holidays.

Benefits
• £18 – £22 per hour for group coaching
• £25 – £30 per hour for private coaching
• From £75 per day for holiday camps
• £15 fee for each child that is recruited to do a second class in the club program from a school class.
• £15 fee for each child that is recruited from a tennis holiday camp into a club class.
