Role: Contracts Manager – Telecoms – Southampton
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 plus package
Location: Southampton

My Client is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager who has been influential on major Civil Engineering and Utility Contracts. This is an opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a growing Business and gain the recognition for delivering on a landmark contract in a new Regional Office.
The Contracts Manager will manage the team to ensure all orders are delivered to time, cost and quality in a safe and compliant manner. They will have oversight of the compliance of the supply chain to all relevant processes, standards and specification, to ensure that costs are controlled and profitability maintained.
Responsibilities:
To ensure jobs are completed to the required timescales maintaining compliance with all quality and safety requirements.
To ensure all SLA/LTO results meet agreed targets.
To ensure that adequate resource and skills are deployed by the supply chain to execute the required programme of work.
To ensure all works in public highway are completed in accordance with NRSWA code of practice.
To ensure good management practices within team.
Requirements:
Good people management skills.
Good understanding and application of the necessary specification and processes associated with the contracts.
Good understanding of contract terms and conditions applicable to their work.
Ability to liaise effectively with Client contract management representatives.
Experience in P&L / commercial management
