We are a small, but fast-growing, Content Marketing agency based in Buckinghamshire working with clients around the world.
We create high quality, intelligent blog and social media content, including long & short-form text, audio, graphics, video, for companies to tell their stories.
Our background is in journalism and we are keen to find individuals interested in developing their skills as multi-platform content producers.
The role:
Working as lead producer for several of our new clients to develop strategy for their content marketing, in partnership with our senior team
Developing a plan for content, based on communication aims and audiences
Creating content – eg write and post blogs, write and post on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and other sites such as Pinterest and Instagram, upload and tag images and videos, create videos and upload
Reviewing success of campaigns, manage aggregation of analytics and report back to the client on an ongoing basis
Managing key client relationships
Skills required:
We need someone with a good degree, great writing skills and a track record in creating published content for a brand, news organisation, corporate, organisation or charity.
We need someone who is not afraid of technology, who’s interested and fully engaged in social media, and who is willing to keep learning to stay ahead
We need good writers with a great attention to detail and an understanding of how to develop corporate stories in an engaging way
We need team members who are willing to get involved with all aspects of our small, growing company, and are happy working in a fast-changing environment
Ideally this person would have:
Understanding of digital content development, delivery and oversight
Experience working in a structured and methodical way, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in digital project delivery

We are based near High Wycombe in Bucks in a small, friendly office
Salary £28,000 – 35,000 depending on experience
