An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, experienced teacher and Head of Mathematics. The position requires teaching of the KS2 and some aspects of KS3 curriculum which Bramley is committed to delivering to the highest standard.

There is an opportunity for a Senior Leadership Position for a candidate with proven leadership experience, which would lead to a full time post.

Bramley is an Independent Day Preparatory School for Girls aged 3 to 11 years in Walton-on-the-Hill, near Tadworth, Surrey. The school is just twenty miles from central London in a beautiful location.

The successful candidate will:

Have a passion for Mathematics which will be evident in his/her day to day classroom practice;
Have a strong academic track record
Be confident about teaching mathematics across KS2 and aspects of KS3 up to 11+ Common Entrance and scholarship level
Have an ability to lead Mathematics throughout the school
Have a passion for educating the individual child and an ability to provide excellent pastoral care
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a part of a team
Have an interest in contributing to the wider school community
An ability to teach Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning for entrance tests would be an advantage
