We are offering a flexible working opportunity for part-time PE teachers and sports coaches. If you are a football coach, a hockey coach or a PE teacher delivering sports to children you might be interested in this position you can combine with your coaching, training and playing sports activities.
We are looking to hire a sales representative and provide a working opportunity in IT startup with great prospects and flexible working hours.
The product is a web based information and communication service for school sports managers, PE teachers and coaches helping them organise sport teams and fixtures as well as for parents willing to be involved in their children sports activities.
You will be responsible for:
• designing and documenting product requirements and specifications, working on pre-sales to advise on developing our sports solution;
• taking part in skype conferences with software developers for discussing software features;
• testing upcoming features of our products, working alongside software developers;
• gathering market and prospective customers information;
• managing our communities across social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
• working closely within the creative team across social media, web copywriting, email marketing, preparing tasks for copywriters and monitoring their results;
• taking part in planning and organising marketing campaigns, assessing their effectiveness;
• making introduction calls with the aim of booking web demonstrations for school officials and PE teachers;
• visiting schools for performing the web demonstrations;
• keeping our CRM up to date;
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
• representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Some Key Skills:
• experience with delivering sports to children is a must;
• experience with delivering sports to adults is preferred;
• some experience in IT is preferred;
• good ability to reach common ground with school officials and PE teachers is a must;
• happy to make warm and cold calls;
• be independent, results orientated and self motivated;
• and finally be crazy about sports is a must!
In addition, working from home, you will need:
• reliable and fast Internet connection;
• reliable PC / MAC.
The role is salaried at £13,200. In addition to the base salary of £1100 per month, transport costs will be covered by the company.
A £3.000 bonus is guaranteed as soon as:
• a focus group of 10 schools have joined and started using our service;
• at least 500 parents have installed our application from iStore and Google Play.
We provide competitive quarterly bonuses for further customers base growth up to 50% of the base salary depending on results achieved and annual sales reward up to 4,5% of revenue.
Promotion to the Sales Executive with a competitive salary is possible.
