You will have:

minimum of two years post ARB qualification UK experience
CAD/Photoshop/Sketchup
experience in planning applications
experience in building regulations and construction packages; along with relevant site experience
you are able to work independently and in a team

Experience of high-end residential projects is a benefit but not a requirement.

Salary negotiable.
