The Royal Institute of British Architects is the world’s pre-eminent organisation dedicated to the advancement of architecture and to the promotion of excellence in the profession.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RIBA team responsible for managing best practice architectural competitions on behalf of UK-based and international clients.

Working in a busy, dynamic environment, you will provide administrative and logistics support to the team, answering the telephone, handling registrations, co-ordinating diaries, organising site visits, recording digital entries, and recording/following up assessments.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with experience of working in the construction industry or a client service environment, as well as project support and customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

You will have ambition, creative flair and a passion for architecture/design, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Regular UK travel with occasional overnight stays is likely to be required. Attention to detail is essential.
