We are seeking a full time CAD technician to work alongside and support the projects team and directors on various hotel and residential projects. We primarily manufacture bespoke furniture for hotels and serviced apartments through our hotel division and alongside this, we furnish high end residential properties, mainly in the London region.
Candidate’s main role/tasks:
accurate, detailed furniture drawings, often from hand sketches
space planning furniture into residential and hotel plans
producing bathroom plans and elevations from site surveys
liaising with the project coordinators and the factories
The ideal candidate will be:
proficient in AutoCAD with at least three – four year’s experience
able to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
have excellent numerical and communication skills
