Architect – Dols Wong Architects – London, United Kingdom

London-based design-led practice looking for motivated, talented and dedicated individual to join our small, busy studio to work on a range of high-end residential projects.

Candidate should be an experienced, job-running Part-III architect or Part-II qualified architectural assistant with at least three years post-Part-II experience. We are looking for somebody with the skills to be able to take projects from conception through to completion.

We run a fast-paced environment, where you will often be expected to work on a number of projects simultaneously, most of them London-based.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team and individually
excellent design and presentation skills and attention to detail
ability to work conceptually and quickly on a variety of projects
must be able to work on all elements of the job from design to installation
ability to produce, planning, building control, tender, construction drawings
experience working in the UK on small or medium sized projects preferably with traditional procurement (JCT, MW or Intermediate)
a good knowledge of English planning and building regulations required
good knowledge of Vectorwork, an ability to draw and strong 3D skills are essential
