Office Manager / Executive Assistant – Mossessian Architecture – Hoxton, London

Mossessian Architecture is an award winning design focused practice based in Hoxton. We are working on a variety of large international projects such as Google offices at King’s Cross, a world cup football stadium in Qatar and a cultural museum in the Middle East.

We are seeking candidates for the combined role of office manager and executive assistant with a minimum of two years’ suitable experience.

This is a key position in the expansion of our business and an opportunity for someone to find responsible ownership in their role at the heart of the smooth running of the office and supporting the planned growth of the practice.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

executive assistant to principal Michel Mossessian and support to directors and CEO
business and office administration
HR and facilities management
assistance on bids, proposals, brochures and presentations
support to PR and website content

Key skills/experience:

very strong organisational skills and attention to detail
ability to think on your feet
flexibility to deal with ad-hoc tasks
a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop an advantage
experience within a creative environment an advantage
