The Royal Institute of British Architects is the world’s pre-eminent organisation dedicated to the advancement of architecture and to the promotion of excellence in the profession.

We are looking to appoint a client services assistant to join our busy client services team.

You will be responsible for processing client enquiries, providing administrative and project support and assisting in the delivery of client-facing events as well as targeted promotions and campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with experience of working in the construction industry or a client service environment, as well as project management, customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and digital technology.

You will have creative flair and a passion for architecture/design, be a good planner, and able to work simultaneously across a number of demanding projects. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
