My client, a multi-award winning corporate and financial communications company based in central London, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman. You will be working in a corporate environment and supporting at Director’s level demonstrating high profile skills.

The Role

Managing Executive Chairman’s diary and schedule
Organising Chairman’s personal and professional life
Management of boardroom and greeting guests
Organising events and meetings
Compilation of client documents
Coordinating travel arrangements for the Executive Chairman, corporately and personally
General running of the office and facilities
HR and accounts administration duties

You

Demonstrable experience in a EA or PA role
Excellent organisational skills and experience of arranging/coordinating meetings, conferences and events
Experience of supporting at Director level
Good command of English language and grammar
Excellent communication skills
Good people skills with an ability to work as a team member and to deal with people at any level
Able to access central London easily
