The children, parents, staff and governors of Weybourne Infant and William Cobbett Junior schools are seeking an inspirational and committed founding headteacher to take us on the next stage of our exciting journey to form a new and outstanding primary school in Farnham. We are looking for a Headteacher who will support and challenge the children, staff and parents to ensure that learning is the heart of everything we do. Our new headteacher will be committed to working in partnership with governors and the local authority, welcoming their strength and support by establishing open and transparent relationships.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and determined leader who understands that strong relationships are central to success, to lead two well established community schools, which includes a special needs support centre for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, through a period of transformation as they become a single all-through primary school by amalgamation / federation. We want the successful candidate and our newly established school to be central to the diverse and warm local community.
