Community Sports Coach – Norwich City Community Sports Foundation

Job Description
We are continuously on the lookout for new staff that have great desire to make a difference and deliver alongside our unique strategy. The training potential within our Foundation repays those who show promise and work hard to develop. We have minimum qualification requirements for those who wish to be part of our paid coaching team, however we will work with and develop the right people starting within our volunteer programme.

Minimum and desirable qualifications are:
•Level 1 in a specific sport
•Level 2 or higher in a specific sport
•Mixture of sports coaching qualification in different sports
•Emergency First Aid Certification
•Safeguarding Children Certificate
•Advanced Criminal Records Bureau check

We are proud to be Norfolk’s biggest sporting provider and we have a comprehensive training programme to maintain that. We offer each member of staff the chance to achieve our desirable qualifications whilst employed with the Foundation. We have a proven track record of employing, training and developing enthusiastic coaches who now form an integral part of our full time development team.
