Technical Sales Executive / Business Development Manager – HaB International Ltd

Job Description
South/South East England Technical Sales Executive/Business Development Manager (BDM). (You must live within the territory to be considered or willing to relocate prior to starting.)

To successfully sell HaB Direct’s Quality, Best in Class & Technologically Advanced equipment and solutions in a competitive market, often against lower specification and priced competitors, you must have a Sports Science Degree or equivalent and prior success in sales. You must enjoy selling and have proven success in an active and at times change resistant market, against established competitors. You must excel at prospecting for new opportunities, constructively closing new business, and be adept at developing long-term clients. You are a highly motivated self-starter, a passionate and goal oriented high achiever and have a proven ability to work successfully without supervision and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• The primary responsibility of each individual, is to develop new business with target consumers at all stages of the sales cycle, including
◦ Targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling value proposition
◦ Establishing long-term relationships, developing opportunities, creating referral partners
◦ Closing new business and collaborating with service delivery teams
• Establish and monitor sales budgets, reporting on cost analysis and financial performance
• Consistent focus on sales growth through establishing new customers and managing existing clients
• Facilitate repeat business, you will nurture relationships with existing customers and ensure they are up-to-date with the company’s latest products and services
• Some international travel involved for shows, supplier and customer meetings

The Ideal Candidate:
• A Sports Science Degree or equivalent
• General knowledge of Sports, Fitness and Wellness
• Strategic and tactical business development skills
• Time-management skills
• Excellent listening skills, excellent problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excel at finding, cultivating, and closing new opportunities
• Strong closing skills
• Build long-term client relationships
• A consultative seller
• Thrives under pressure
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be “self-motivated”, but must have the ability to work with the HaB Group Team
• Experience in Sports, Fitness &/or Healthcare, a plus
