Training and Development Officer
35 Hours per week (Full Time)
Work patterns covering core hours of 9:30 – 4:30 pm will be considered, please state upon application

£30,782 per annum
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We ensure that people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.
Do you have proven experience of planning, designing, delivering and evaluating training and development activities? Do you want to create fun learning interventions that have meaning and purpose?
We are seeking an experienced training and development professional to operate our in-house training academy. Providing relevant and fit for purpose training and development activities to our employed workforce, in person and through the use of various technologies.
