We are looking for a Sports Co-ordinator, reporting to the Fitness Manager. Within this role you will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of all areas of the Academy of Sport including the Fitness Suite, Free Weights Room, Inductions and Community Programmes.
The Academy of Sport at London South Bank is a multifaceted and high performing department, combining academic and non-academic functions using sport and physical activity as the catalyst to improve the lives of our community. You must be committed to delivering first class customer service, with significant relevant experience in the fitness industry. You will need appropriate first aid and fitness qualifications and be fully conversant with current Health and Safety legislation.
As part of a team you will be required to work a shift pattern that covers the operational hours of the Centre. You will need to be a team player able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work hours. You will be required to complete a Criminal Records Disclosure form in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
