Performance Services Officer – British Paralympic Association

Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists to join the BPA’s Sport Directorate and contribute to a ‘best prepared’ ParalympicsGB team in PyeongChang, Tokyo and beyond.

Demonstrating the BPA’s core values at all times, the post holder will manage, deliver, coordinate and administer a range of services and support across performance and athlete services functions. Key responsibilities will include:

 Coordination and administration of Sport Science and Medicine initiatives and other areas of the Performance Strategy to ensure world class delivery from preparation through the Games
 Project management and technical input to core services including but not exclusively; Anti-Doping, Welfare and Safeguarding, Games Readiness and associated groups and initiatives
 Support for the creation and delivery of optimal pre-Games / Games-time environments for the whole ParalympicsGB delegation

The BPA is the lead organisation responsible for the Paralympic movement in the UK. We focus on creating the best environment for our athletes as part of ParalympicsGB to perform at summer and winter Paralympic Games.
