Performance Manager (working with Wheelchair Fencing) – English Institute of Sport

Job Description
The EIS is looking for an experienced Performance Manager that can provide continuity and stability for a Paralympic programme that is already performing at the highest level. There may also be an opportunity for you to be the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games-Team Leader.

The main purpose of the role is to:
Provide critical leadership to the programme and all the staff within it to ensure that training, competition and performance support is optimised within the context of the budget.
Ensure that final preparation into Tokyo 2020 is optimised to best prepare athletes for the Paralympic Games
Provide strategic leadership in the development of the Wheelchair Fencing Paris 2024 Performance strategy and related UK Sport funding submission.
