Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Shrewsbury Town Academy multi-disciplinary team. The role would primarily involve assisting the Head of Academy Performance Analysis with all analysis duties with all Academy age-groups (U9-U18s). This will range from recording training sessions and matches to providing detailed pre and post match feedback. The Academy is always looking to innovate and the successful applicant would have scope to introduce contemporary ideas into the Academy. Furthermore,
the Academy has a close link with the first team and successful interns can naturally progress into that environment. The role would start for the 2020/2021 season. This internship is ideal for individuals currently studying a sports related degree who are looking for a work placement year, an individual looking to progress in performance analysis following university graduation or an individual completing an MSc who wants to gain experience alongside it.
