Key summary of the role:
You will coach, mentor and support out Student Athletes in their desire to improve and become better, more successful Netball players. This will include the provision of quality and engaging training sessions as well as providing support on match days.

Your employer:
Your employer is University of Westminster Students’ Union your operational management will be through the University of Westminster Students’ Union and Specifically the Union’s Sports Coordinator.

Location:
This post will require the post holder to work at our Harrow Campus at Northwick Park.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and progress the Netball Club in line with the talent on offer
2. To provide minimum 1 training sessions a week for the UWSU Netball club
3. To ensure that the club field one team at weekly BUCS fixtures and develop a 2nd team to play friendlies
4. To provide coaching at entered competitions (Wednesday fixtures)
5. To motivate students & instruct them in strategies & techniques
6. Ensure all students are aware of the rules, regulations, equipment & techniques of the sport & of BUCS
7. To be the lead on safeguarding members of the team & ensure health & safety requirements are me
