Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Education Worker to join our Southern Region Team.
The post involves delivering workshops to young people throughout the South of England and occasionally the UK, working within the team to help organise educational events and workshops, reporting, monitoring and evaluating the work and contributing to educational resources.
35 hours per week
Salary – £20,253 – £22,212 (NJC Scale 22 – 25)
6% pension
The Person:
The successful applicant will need:
· Experience in a similar role including delivering workshops to young people and adults
· Excellent communications skills; written, telephone and inter personal
· Commitment to tackling racism and other forms of inequality
· Ability to meet specific deadlines under pressure
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to develop new educational ideas and activities
