Customer Service Liaison Manager – Leisure Leagues – Warwick

Job Description
Join our dynamic out on the road team to provide excellent customer service to our extensive network of leagues throughout the UK, therefore excellent communication skills are required.

This is predominantly an evening role, working either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday depending on the working week.

This role involves:-
• Undertaking league visits
• Produce feedback reports about the league visit
• Maintain Leisure Leagues’ brand standards across our network of leagues
• Regular communication with facility managers and league officials
• Ensure Referees have all the relevant equipment
• Time management
• Regular communication with your line manager
