Coaching and Volunteering Administrator – British Triathlon

Job Description
British Triathlon are looking to appoint a Development Administrator to provide administrative support to the Coaching & Volunteering department. Reporting to the Head of Coaching, you will provide day to day administrative support to the department and associated programmes including day to day bookings for courses, meetings, as well as providing support in the planning and management of the coach education & volunteering programmes, membership and DBS databases as well as handling and processing invoices.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive individual, with a desire to achieve the highest possible standards for themselves, the organisation and for those involved in triathlon. You will also have the ability to prioritise your work load to adhere to strict deadlines and to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will work well as part of a team but also have the ability to work well unsupervised and on your own initiative.
The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University; however, the nature of the role may require occasional evening and weekend working and associated travel.
