Brand Manager – Banda Property – London, United Kingdom

We are looking to recruit an experienced marketing professional to join our design-led development and acquisitions team. As brand manager you will be responsible for designing, developing and managing all marketing material for the company. The right candidate will effectively lead the creative direction for all development sites as well as the branding of all outgoing material. You will also be assisting in the implementation of the communications and PR strategy.

The position would suit a confident, ambitious and creative person who is forward thinking and will enjoy the challenge of establishing marketing throughout the company’s various divisions. This is a great opportunity to take a leading role in a dynamic, enthusiastic and fast-paced company.

You will work with both the development and acquisition teams to enhance the profile of the company and manage any external consultants and delivery teams.

Required skills and experience:

a degree or equivalent; qualifications in graphics or marketing would be an advantage
a strong understanding of best practice in marketing, communications and PR
demonstrable experience (three years plus) and success in similar roles ideally within design or construction-related firms where knowledge of key contacts would be an advantage, although we would consider outstanding candidates working for professional organisations or experienced candidates from PR/marketing consultancies in the specified sectors
experience in branding and creative direction from conception to implementation, your CV and portfolio should demonstrate this
interest in and knowledge of the development and architecture sector and culture
proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with teams in a busy, and sometimes high pressured environment
excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
experience in leading, managing, co-ordinating and planning
able to effectively co-ordinate website content updates and manage all social media postings
maintain company press contact list and co-ordinate regular mailing lists to promote the company’s work
co-ordinate interview requests and help with the facilitation of photoshoots and in-person interviews where relevant
knowledge of Adobe Suite InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office, email distribution and social media platforms. CAD or Sketch-up helpful but not essential
