The Orchard School is an outstanding Sandwell Special School that caters for pupils with complex and profound learning difficulties. These include severe autism, complex medical conditions, physical and mobility difficulties, as well as severe developmental delay. There are currently 143 pupils on roll, and our children range from 2 –11 years. We are also a designated Teaching School.

We are a dynamic, vibrant and forward looking school, with a welcoming ethos and a commitment to working in partnership with other agencies and parents in order to harness and develop each child’s potential.

You must have extensive experience and a passion for the education of pupils with a wide range of needs.

Our Governing Body are seeking to appoint a good/outstanding teacher to this post with effect from January 2016. The successful candidate will be an exemplary classroom practitioner who is highly motivated, experienced enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to our successful school.
