As part of the new career structure being developed at Grange, we need a Leading Practitioner, who is a model of excellent practice, to join our leadership team.

If you have the skills to raise standards to the highest quality of teaching and learning in our school and embed a learning culture that enables pupils to become enthusiastic and independent learners, then this is the role for you!

You will be a consistently outstanding practitioner who:

is dedicated to raising standards and is able to demonstrate highly effective teaching skills
demonstrates excellent and innovative pedagogical practice approaches for teaching and learning
is an excellent practitioner with high standards and expectations in all aspects of school life
can demonstrate the ability to plan an exciting, inspiring curriculum and develop a love of learning in the children
can use local and national data, alongside other information to improve children’s outcomes
is able to coach and mentor staff to reach high standards
will be aware of the needs of every learner and have commitment and passion to all pupils making outstanding progress.
