The RIBA is looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic head of professional programmes to lead the RIBA’s programmes of professional support.

As head of professional programmes, you will work with leading built environment experts to deliver toolkits and guidance, professional events and member communication to support effective architectural practice and business.

Educated to degree level in a built environment subject, you will have considerable experience working in the built-environment sector, ideally with a professional qualification as an architect.

You must have proven experience of applying and communicating sound knowledge of the cultural, technical, regulatory and business aspects of architectural practice and profession, and of working with partner bodies across the public, private sector and third sectors.

Able to represent the RIBA at a senior level, you will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will also have a strong track record of managing teams and budgets, and delivering work programmes to meet corporate objectives.
