1 Contributing to the development and implementation of the sports coach UK
2 Designing and implementing communications and promotion initiatives to raise the profile of coaching and sports coach UK, with a view to maximising return on investment.
3 Managing the effective communication of sports coach UK programmes, services, products and resources in conjunction with the Coachwise Marketing team.
4 Leading the development of the sports coach UK website (including analytics), in conjunction with the Coachwise Marketing team and other technical staff.
5 Uploading, monitoring and updating web, intranet and social media content, with input from other staff as required.
6 Project management of key sports coach UK events, such as the UK Coaching Summit and Awards, including effective external and internal communications.
7 Ensuring effective communication between staff teams; encouraging staff to take responsibility for promoting their own work and successes.
8 Ensuring brand integrity and evolution, including logo protection and corporate style.
9 Ensuring data integrity for the contact management system for sports coach UK, including responsibility for accurate content.
10 Fulfilling the lead for the Profile and Recognition Component of the UK Coaching
11 Contributing to the Management Team as required.
12 Establishing specific targets and objectives for those staff managed by the post in line with the sports coach UK Operational Plan and in consultation with staff and senior management.
13 Monitoring performance against targets and objectives and identifying any particular problems and/or opportunities for consideration by staff and senior management.
14 Managing and reporting on the effective use of sports coach UK finances for identified budgets.
15 Contributing to the development of sports coach UK policy and strategy through internal staff meetings and working groups.
16 Maintaining a high level of awareness of sports coach UK programmes, products and services in order to respond to specific needs of individuals or groups.
17 Working with sports coach UK partners to ensure that equity in coaching is developed and delivered effectively.
18 Maintaining an awareness of team members and other sports coach UK staff.
19 Following and promoting the vision, mission, values and policies of sports coach UK internally and externally.
20 Following, promoting and implementing sports coach UK’s policies for the equal treatment of all employees, applicants and customers.
21 Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility.
